A brief note on this part:

I've now had 4 idiotic doctors tell me that Lunesta is not addictive and doesn't cause withdrawal effects. I've read studies saying it's "safe for long term use". I destroyed my body and mind by quitting that pill. 4 months in and I'm far from recovered."
It's important to not conflate the views of a few idiotic doctors with piles and piles of research spanning 5 decades. Hell, medical doctors don't even know the medical recommendations half the time, or the current science. A lot of times, they just get their license and stop caring, which is awful.
There's research that suggests Lunesta can cause withdrawal symptoms in some people. :)
